Dockage Rates

Bay Point Marina Dockage Rates

Bay Point Marina offers both transient and annual dockage rates for our 314 slips ranging from 15 feet to upward of 55 feet.

Transient Rates:

  • $2.50 per foot, per day (up to two weeks)
  • $15.50 per foot (for three weeks)
  • $18.50 per foot (month to month)

Annual Rates:

Rates are based on the LOA of the vessel

  • $10.30 per foot (annual)
  • $15.45 per foot (semi- annual)
  • Metered Electricity

Transient Electric Fees

  • Single 30amp: $9 per day/ $40 per week/ $60 per month
  • Double 30amp or 50 amp: $15per day/ $50 per week/ $84 per month
