Sign a 12-month dockage agreement and the New Boater 10% Dockage Discount Addendum between November 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027.
Provide current vessel registration and insurance that meet all dockage agreement requirements. The discount begins only after both are approved.
Keep registration and insurance current and all invoices paid on time.
The 12-month promotional window begins on your lease start date. If your documents are approved after the lease begins, the discount starts with the next eligible invoice. Late documentation does not extend the 12 months, and discounts are not retroactive. The discount applies to base monthly dockage only and excludes electricity, utilities, deposits, taxes, late fees, and other charges. Regular rates apply after the first year.
Fine print: Limited eligible slips available. The promotion may end before March 31, 2027 if eligible slips fill. Existing slipholders do not qualify. The discount may be suspended if registration or insurance lapses or invoices are past due. All vessel assignments are subject to suitability and marina approval. This offer may be paired with the Refer a Friend Program; no other promotional discounts may be combined.
